Mila Kunis has opened up about her svelte post-baby figure revealing that most of her weight loss is down to breast-feeding.

Kunis, 31, and her partner Ashton Kutcher welcomed their daughter Wyatt Isabelle in October and, while it takes some women forever to shift their baby weight, the new mum is already sporting a flat tum and she's claimed it's all down to breast feeding.

Dropping by the Late, Late Show on Wednesday Dec. 11, Craig Ferguson was quick to compliment the Ted actress on her post-baby body. 'Breastfeeding is a great workout,' Kunis replied as she flaunted her new shape in a sleeveless black dress. The host then jokingly asked if they could talk about the topic permanently. The mother-of-one then laughed and said, 'It's different. It's crazy.'

Mila also revealed that her healthy diet has stopped her feeling 'too tired' during her new-found parenthood. 'I seem to eat a lot, so that kind of keeps me going through the day. [It's] not too bad,' the actress said, adding, 'I do love to eat healthy.'
